Founder & CEO
Over 18 years’ experience in banking, financial services and real estate. Tolu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Coliseum Development Limited from 2013 till present. She was a Business Development Manager at Grofin where she assisted with the provision of startup capital and business support to Entrepreneurs. She also worked as a Manager at Ecobank Nigeria.
TOPE OSAZE
Board Member
Tope Osaze holds a Bsc in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA in International Management from the University of London. He worked as a recruitment consultant with Heman and Contracts Limited and as a Senior Consultant with Options Employment Watford. Tope runs one of the foremost construction recruitment firms in the UK and has access to vast pool of skilled and experienced construction workers. He is the Managing Director of Apex Resources London.

Project Manager
He is an innovative Construction Manager adept at finding engaging ways to motivate construction team to exceed expectation and maintain high standards. As a highly motivated Project Manager, he researches best method possible to execute construction related tasks. He has a strong knowledge of building construction principles and concepts. He is a construction professional with over 16 years valuable experience in complex corporate construction projects, as well as residential construction projects, as well as residential projects.
